| Ceviche - a savory seafood fish salad cooked in lime juice combined with tomatoes, mangoes, |
| onions, cilantro and avocado. Normally served with chips as an appetizer. |
| Enchiladas - fresh corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of chicken, steak, or vegetable, |
| topped with shredded cheese and salsa verde or rancheras sauce. |
| Guacamole - our famous table side speciality. Fresh avocado, lime juice, onions, tomatoes |
| and cilantro. Served with chips. |
| Quesadillas - flour tortillas, stuffed with your choice of filling. Served with sour cream, |
| guacamole and pico de gallo. |
| Tacos - soft corn tortillas filled with chicken, steak, pork or vegetables. Topped with |
| pico de gallo, cilantro, salsa verde and chipotle. |
| Taquitos - crispy corn tortillas stuffed with chicken or vegetable with avocado, sour cream |
| and chipotle sauce. Topped with queso fresco. |
